The Maritime Law team with the necessary knowledge to provide agile, precise and technical advice in the development of the following activities:
- Representation in administrative proceedings at the Maritime Court and the Port Authority;
- Representation in international judicial and arbitral proceedings involving cargo, freight, demurrage, breakdowns, navigation accidents, insurance, multimodal transport, etc.;
- Representation in legal proceedings to obtain urgent measures;
-Elaboration of legal opinions and response to consultations on maritime and port legislation, international conventions and agreements;
-Drafting and reviewing contracts for chartering, building, financing and selling vessels, as well as offshore oil and gas activities;
-Legal advice related to foreign trade by sea.
